Happy National Beer Day Everyone!
We know things look a little different for beer releases these days, but we still can’t wait to show you our newest springtime Berliner-Style Weiss on April 7th.
Circularity strawberry Berliner-Style Weiss (4.2%) starts with loads of raw wheat and a fermentation featuring the native funk from our wild Mother, then is loaded with red strawberries. Despite all the fruit, it stays light and dry, focusing on the mingling of the strawberry with refreshing acidity and subtle layers of our native culture. Circularity will be available to-go at the brewery starting at 3. p.m. on Tuesday and will begin to head out across our distribution footprint over the next couple weeks. This one will also be available on CraftCellr so make sure to reserve yours now!
